Since joining NH Valuers as a Registered Valuer in August 2020, David has added immediate value to the team with the knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his career in the property industry. Working with both large scale international clients or major property investors with high value assets to individual property holders and tenants, David has considerable knowledge and understanding of the property market.
David has operated in the industry since 2010 and his background is in the commercial sector involving retail, office and industrial properties undertaking valuations for market value assessments, compensation for compulsory acquisition under the Public Works Act, market rental assessments, insurance valuations and general property advisory.
David was born and raised in West Auckland and aside from English as his first language, is also fluent in the Teo Chew (Chinese) dialect. David enjoys travel and home cooking and is a casual coffee enthusiast and has a strong interest in technology and computing.
